Uploading a New Item
- Log in to your Seller Portal.
- Click the "Upload Item" button.
- Follow the step-by-step prompts to add your item details and images.
- Click the green "Save and Finish" button to complete your listing.
Tips for a Successful Upload:
- Use a nickname instead of your real name for privacy when you set up your seller account.
- You can use the "Net Profit" option to automatically calculate your final selling price smartly and easily!
- Want to offer a discount? Go to my products and enter a discount %, then click "Save and Finish" to apply it.
- You can set items to inactive or active at any time, for example, when you go on a holiday, then just click "Save and Finish" to confirm changes.
- Choose to donate a portion of your sale (by amount or percentage) to up to two charities directly from the sidebar.
- Add your item’s measurements in the size chart (found in the sidebar) for better buyer confidence.
Processing Your Orders
- You’ll receive an email notification once a buyer purchases your item.
- Log into your Seller Portal and click on "New Orders".
- Inside your order, you’ll need to:
- Generate and download the postal barcode.
- Print the buyer’s order confirmation (recommended).
- Print a thank-you letter—feel free to include a personal message!
- The barcode will also be emailed to you for convenience.
- Track your parcel using the "Orders in Transit" section.
- If a return is made, you'll be notified and can track it. Once the item is received, it will automatically become active again and ready to resell.
